If you call the listed phone number, you will contact another plumbing service who will tell you they are associated with the new owners. I assure you they are not. David & Cathy Lamons are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable in septic issues. They offer septic repairs and installations and septic tank pumping. David has 30 years experience and holds Tennessee licenses in Septic Installation and Pumping. I have used this company numerous times and consider them to be the best in the business.” -

Very disappointed!
“We called Tankersley on Tuesday and lady in office said they would be there at 2:00. She called at 3:00 and said she had lost my address. So obviously they were not there on time. Charles shows up and runs line through pipes and says roots are causing flooding. For $2850. they will replace main water line. That they can fix our sprinkler system when they cut into it. Start work the next day several hours after schedule. Tear up our whole front yard. Close to dark they finish. They start to leave as they said work is finished. I check and it is still flooding. I stopped them from leaving to check it out. They say we don't know the problem but will be back in the morning. Next morning owner comes and runs camera and says its previous pipes that are the problem but get the flooding stopped. He will send someone out within two days to fix our yard. Five days later and no one has shown. So I have to hire someone to repair the yard that should not have been so destroyed. They don't do what they say they will do. I wish we had hired someone else. Really feel ripped off. ” -

“I would not recommend this company. They did not finish the job and then basically demanded payment before they completed the job and were wanting more money than they quoted me. the owner was very nice and friendly, but the employees were not. And then I couldn't get anyone to even talk to me about the problems. \n\nFind someone else and don't get ripped off.”
